What is it:

Grapes are small, round fruits that grow in clusters on vines and belong to the Vitaceae family. They come in a variety of colors, including green, red, black, and purple, and are known for their sweet and juicy flavor. Grapes can be eaten fresh, dried into raisins, or processed into products like wine, juice, and jelly.

Grapes are rich in vitamins and antioxidants, including the antioxidant resveratrol which has been associated with many positive health benefits as well as the used therapeutically in the management of various diseases. Grape consumption may improve cardiovascular and eye health.
